Here are my reviews of my latest batch of imps. For those that are interested, and have an afternoon to waste, here's the wesbite for where I get these things from: Black Phoenix Alchemy Lab.
Welcome to the (scent) jungle) )

And, as a bonus because it cracks me up:
I went to a convent in New York and was fired finally for my insistence that the Immaculate Conception was spontaneous combustion.- Dorothy Parker

Tis the time of year to think about resolutions for the new year. Mine are:

1. Take more baths.
2. Read more books.
3. Write more stories.
4. Sew more.
5. Waste less time.

ETA (1/10/07):
6. Imbibe more gin.
7. Cut myself some slack.
8. Forgive myself more.

Another installment in the continuing saga of what does Kat smell like today )

I now have 5-6 imps that need a new home. Any other BPAL ladies interested in a swap? Or, anyone else interested in a swap? Perfume oil for, say chocolate, lip gloss, or other small goods? I'm willing to throw stuff in the mail, for those of my lovely friends that aren't fortunate enough to live in Woosta!.

I love taking up cyberspace

Hit me with your best smell )

In other news, I need a haircut like no one's business. And I feel like a scrub because I've worn my grad student uniform (jeans, t-shirt, sneakers) everyday since Thursday.

In other news, I finished cutting out the pieces to make a patchwork apron, and I now own 25 yards of muslin.

I completed NaNoWriMo yesterday, at around 2:30pm. The novel is only 2/3 (if that) finished. However, I am putting it aside for a week, then I will pick it up and finish it. Then the editing of both Red Sky and Definition will commence.

As usual, if you would like an unedited copy of my monstrosity, e-mail me.

Also, since NaNoWriMo is now over, I will be getting back to writing smut.

Oh yeah, and a review on CCR5 antagonists that I helped write is going out the door today. It's my second academic publication.

Second, A couple more smelly reviews )

PS Anyone interested in trekking out to JoAnn's this weekend? I have a 50% off one item coupon, and a dress I want to make...
